This cabbage-tofu soup tastes fresh and easy.
2. 只要15分钟,你就能享受它
Just 15 minutes for this yummy fix.
3. 把豆腐、蘑菇、肉片、白菜放进小锅
Put tofu, mushrooms, meat, and cabbage in a pot.
4. 加七分水,一小勺生抽
Add water to 70% and one spoon soy sauce.
5. 中火煮5分钟,汤就更浓郁
Simmer for 5 minutes to deepen flavor.
6. 喜欢可再加少许料酒与盐
Add cooking wine and salt if you like.
7. 配生抽+柑橘汁蘸料,更清爽
Use soy sauce and citrus juice. So refreshing!
