【APICTA2024】房屋署自主研发「智筑目」勇夺两个奖项
我们很高兴房屋署团队以一站式项目资讯管理及分析平台「智筑目」，在最近于文莱举行、被誉为「科技界奥斯卡」的「2024亚太资讯及通讯科技大奖」(APICTA2024) 勇夺两个奖项 — 公营机构及政府类别（数字政府）亚军，以及业务数据分析类别亚军。
一年一度的「亚太资讯及通讯科技大奖」吸引了亚太区15个经济体的资讯及通讯科技业界人士参与，是促进亚太区经济体之间相互交流的重要平台。今年大奖有超过260个参赛项目，竞争非常激烈。
「智筑目」能脱颖而出，全凭其崭新概念及应用。房署团队硏发这个一站式项目资讯管理及分析平台，不但可以管理房屋发展项目各个流程，更结合建筑信息模拟技术及地理空间信息系统，加强空间数据的运用，切合数码时代的需要。这次有幸获得来自亚太区专业评审团的高度肯定，让我们有机会在国际舞台上展现房署在创科领域中的努力。
房屋署会逐步在新建公营房屋工程项目中应用「智筑目」平台，实践工程项目数字化管理，以数字科技及数据驱动高质量发展，为香港未来房屋发展数字化管理带来革新影响。
我们也会继续紧密与业界人士交流，宣传我们房署在建屋上的智慧科技应用。正如副局长戴尚诚Victor早前出席香港项目管理学会的周年活动时，就向大家介绍了房署工程项目数字化管理的发展，如何由2005年开始应用BIM（建筑信息模拟），到后来加入更多大数据的应用，至根据项目整个生命周期，研发出「智筑目」。我们期待业界与我们一起拥抱这些科技发展，共同推动行业的升级转型。

【APICTA 2024】Hong Kong Housing Authority Project Information Management and Analytics Platform (HA-PIMAP) won awards for Digital Government and Data Analytics
We are delighted that the Housing Department team won two 1st runner-up awards – Public Sector and Government (Digital Government) and Business Data Analytics category at the recently held Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA 2024) held in Brunei with self-developed HA-PIMAP.
The annual APICTA Awards is an important networking and product benchmarking opportunity to ICT innovators and entrepreneurs for 15 member economies in the region, which also promote economic and trade relations. There were over 260 entries for this year’s ward, and competition was fierce.
HA-PIMAP stands out with its innovative concepts and applications. This one-stop project information management and analytics platform, not only could manage the different stages under public housing development project lifecycle, but also combine Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Geographic Information System (GIS) to enhance the use of spatial data, which is in line with the needs of the age of digitalisation. HA-PIMAP was highly recognized by the professional judging panel from the Asia Pacific region, demonstrating the Housing Department’s efforts in the field of innovation and technology on the international stage.
The Housing Department will gradually apply HA-PIMAP in new public housing projects to implement digital management of construction projects, and to drive “high-quality development” through digitalisation and big data, bringing innovation revolution to future housing development in Hong Kong by digital management.
We will continue to engage closely with industry professionals, promoting the smart technological applications of our Housing Department in construction. Just as Undersecretary Victor did at the Hong Kong Project Management Institute's annual event, where he introduced the digital management evolution of our department's projects, starting from the application of BIM in 2005, and later incorporating more extensive use of big data, culminating in the development of "HA-PiMAP". We look forward to the industry embracing these technological advancements with us, collectively propelling the industry towards upgraded transformation.
